This class will focus on muscular strength in flexibility, and mobility, active and passive. We know that aerial practice can be challenging, and hitting those dream moves require work on the mat. So take this opportunity to deepen your stretches with strength, work on aligned posture and become balanced. This class will enhance performance on the aerial apparatus and in every day life! Heidi will provide progressions and regressions so this class is suitable for all levels. Please if you can, bring your own mat, blocks and straps. This studio can provide this equipment however due to Coronavirus it is advised to use your own.
