This class will focus mostly on muscular strength in flexibility, challenging mobility exercises and playing with active and passive movements. We know that aerial practice can be challenging, and hitting those dream moves require work on the mat. So take this opportunity to deepen your stretches, work on aligned posture and become strong yet mobile. This class will enhance performance on the aerial apparatus and in every day life! Heidi will get you touching your toes in no time! Heidi will provide progressions and regressions so this class is suitable for all levels. Please if you can, bring your own mat, blocks and straps. This studio can provide this equipment however due to Coronavirus it is advised to use your own.
