Service Description

We know how important it is for your mind, body and soul to keep up with your training so we are pleased to offer 1-1 tuition personalised for you. These sessions will be tailored to your needs specifically. Including the choice of any apparatus (Pole, Silks, Hoop, Rings), flexibility, Yoga, choreography and/or conditioning/physique training. PLEASE NOTE: PARQ and Health questionnaire must be completed prior to class. Booking will be confirmed once payment has been made. Our policy regarding cancellations is non-refundable. Classes can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the original time slot, within a three-month window. Any pre-booked classes not redeemed within this period require rebooking and payment. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the space to someone else. We have a strict no-refund policy. Classes can only be exchanged.
