Pole - Choreography

Service Description

Learn a pole dance choreography over two classes with @HeidiKarinaOnyx. First, Heidi will teach you step-by-step how to dance her signature choreo with the aim by the end of session 1 you will have introduced the dance to your body. The second class is for practice, performing in groups to the group and of course filming* if you wish! Optional to wear something cute, heels accepted. Suitable for ALL levels of pole dance (adaptable sequences provided). *Nb: all filming done in a very respectful environment, if you do not want to be we will ensure you are most comfortable in class. -Song requests for the new coming weeks most welcome -Why not practice during our open studio time to prepare for your filming -Bring the dance into your body and make it your own. - Don't forget to tag us on instagram so we can see your beautiful work @onyxfitnessuk @heidikarinaonyx Ps, why not finish your class right and book for flexibility directly after!

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the space to someone else. We have a strict no-refund policy. Classes can only be exchanged.
