Service Description
This session involves a variety of aerial apparatus including; hoop, sling, silks & pole. The details of this session will be specified via our WhatsApp community if it is guided with an instructor for learning new skills or held as a practice session, an open studio. https://chat.whatsapp.com/B7mR0oXDzyaGszAHDgTLnh?mode=ems_copy_c A qualified instructor will always be available for spotting purposes and safety. Suitable for all level students however for open studio practice it is suggested that students have attended at least 2 led classes previously. Students are also welcome to use this session to practice floor work and flexibility.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the space to someone else. We have a strict no-refund policy. Classes can only be exchanged or rescheduled 24hrs prior to the confirmed booking.
