Aerial Sling Workshop

Service Description

Join us for this Aerial Sling Workshop - Suitable for all levels. Evie will adapt with progressions and regressions. We will learn a combination of moves that can be sequenced together on a spin. We will also be looking at some more rolls and drops, where you will then have the option to add them into the sequence at the end of class. FOCUS: Being creative through movement, being present and embracing our adventure in aerial sling! About Evie: Evie has been dancing since she was 3 and her passion for Aerial began in 2017. Always up for a challenge, learning exciting new skills, experimenting with different equipment and creating new moves. Evie is trained in Sling, vertical dance, hoop, silks and trapeze. Evie has also recently qualified in Alixa Flexibility Modules 1 and 2. 'Be brave, be fearless' sums up Aerial for Evie, it brings her much happiness and she loves sharing her knowledge and skills!
