Service Description
Suitable for all levels. The instructor will adapt the class around students ability, providing progressions and regressions. Learn to climb the silks using different techniques, master flowing combos and rolls into show stopping drops. Please cover up for this class, leggings and tucked in top required to avoid any friction burns. Please note this is an adults only class

If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the space to someone else. We have a strict no-refund policy. Classes can only be exchanged or rescheduled 24hrs prior to the confirmed booking. Prior to the sessions: All participants must have filled out a PARQ health & consent form which is prompted upon booking and can also be found on our website. Please make your teacher aware of any health issues or concerns prior to class.
