Service Description

Suitable for all levels. The instructor will adapt the class around students ability, providing progressions and regressions. Learn to climb the silks using different techniques, master flowing combos and rolls into show stopping drops. Please cover up for this class, leggings and tucked in top required to avoid any friction burns.
