Service Description
This class is for students levelling up from beginners. Focus on elegance in the hoop whilst learning combos and new tricks to include dynamics and flexibility. It is designed for practitioners who have previous experience and are confident with inverting onto the equipment at a height.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the space to someone else. We have a strict no-refund policy. Classes can only be exchanged or rescheduled 24hrs prior to the confirmed booking. Prior to the sessions: All participants must have filled out a PARQ health & consent form which is prompted upon booking and can also be found on our website. Please make your teacher aware of any health issues or concerns prior to class.
