Medicine Festival – Personalised Workshop We know how important it is for your mind, body and soul to keep up with your training so we are pleased to offer 1-1 tuition personalised for you on our 20ft rig at Medicine Festival. These sessions will be tailored to your needs specifically. Including the choice of apparatus (Silks, Hoop), flexibility, Yoga, choreography and/or conditioning/physique training. Delivered by fully qualified, experienced, and fully insured instructors from Onyx, an established aerial and fitness school with over 10 years of experience, this session is suitable for complete beginners through to experienced aerialists. Participants will receive structured aerial circus tuition, including the opportunity to learn a variety of aerial skills, tricks, and combinations under expert guidance. A full warm-up and cool-down are included as part of the session to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. By booking in advance, you are guaranteed a place in your chosen workshop. Before attending: All participants must complete our PAR-Q Health Questionnaire and arrive at their selected session time with their booking confirmation. Please wear comfortable clothing that covers the backs of the knees and underarms, and remove all jewellery before participating.
